Right next to the Guri Lake

Fishing:
Mostly giant Peacock Bass but you can land also Payaras from time to time. Groups should see 20 to 30 fish a day in the boat as an average. They have from 5 to 14 pounds and bigger, 16-18 pounders has been landed frequently. Peacocks here like smaller baits like jigs and rattletraps as well as smaller stick and crank baits. Boats are 19 foot aluminum design with 60 horse motors since Guri Lake is 80 miles long and 25 miles wide. Also the boats have electric trolling motors. All guides are local and also fishermen with good knowledge of the Guri Lake.
Weather:
Days are clear and hot with quite cool nights.
Accommodations:
Thatch roofed bungalows with private baths, hot water, A/C, and twin beds in each. Open air design, open bar and a restaurant on the premises for all meals.
Capacity:
Has been limited to eight (8) anglers for preservation purposes.
Last improvements:
Boat landing area has been improved, the canal from the boat landing has been cleared, it will allow accessing to productive areas quicker.
