Roy’s Fishing Outfitters is the “only” American based company that offers the convenience of sending you with an authorized bilingual tour coordinator who will assist in any given situation every step of the way, from the moment our customers depart the U.S. all the way down to the fishing camps in Venezuela.

Our trips can be completed in one day from Miami, FL to the city of Puerto Ordaz in Venezuela. Here our clients will spend the night in a comfortable hotel and continue early the next morning en route to the fishing camps.

We currently offer 3 kinds of trips:

THE FISHING EXPRESS:

• Total cost to the angler: $2,995.00
• 5 nights/3 days of fishing
• 3 consecutive full days of fishing or ½ day + 2 full days + ½ day depending on traveling pattern
• Round trip airfare to Caracas/Puerto Ordaz
• 2 nights hotel in Puerto Ordaz
  
• 3 full meals at the camp, including light cooked dishes for snacks
  
• All you can drink, including domestic beer, rum and whiskey
  
• Your own private double occupancy room with A/C, hot water and a full bathroom
  
• Your own boat w/local expert guide who will provide you with the best fishing you have ever experienced!
  

THE ADDICTED FISHERMAN

• Total cost to the angler: $4,490.00
• 7 nights/5 days of fishing
  
• 5 consecutive full days of fishing or ½ day + 4 full day + ½ day depending on traveling pattern
  
• Includes all the excitement of the “FISHING EXPRESS” but with twice the thrills and adventure.

(Customers are responsible for booking and paying for their own U.S. domestic flight and international airfare as well. However, we would like to suggest that we can efficiently coordinate and arrange for these tickets through our travel agency, “Up & Away Travel”, so customers and the tour guide can fly out of the U.S. on the same flight.

CUSTOM EXPEDITION:

Here our customers can decide what kind of adventure they would like to enjoy and for how long they want to stay. In addition to fishing, Roy’s Fishing Outfitters can also accommodate for other amazing tourist attractions; such as hiking, boating, bird watching and expeditions to natural world famous places like Canaima, Salto Angel (Angel’s Falls) and La Gran Sabana just to mention a few.

***Please note that these special packages will be quoted accordingly depending on the season and the number of tourists, individually or by group. This is a unique adventure of unlimited proportion!!***

BOOKING PROCESS:

Trips can be booked once the customer has decided to enjoy our services. We accept reservations via internet or by phone. We suggest that the customer plans his/her trip with two possible dates in mind so we can accommodate whatever is available first. There is a minimum of 45 days notice on any trip reservation and 50% of the cost will be required in order to get an official confirmation from Roy’s Fishing Outfitters on such dates selected by the angler. We accept all major credit cards, including pay by phone services. If you wish to mail your payment out to us, a confirmation will be provided to the customer once the funds have cleared our account.

The remaining 50% will be paid no later than 7 days prior to the trip. At that time, the customer will have an itinerary with complete details of his/her trip, including port of departure in the U.S. to Venezuela. Here, your authorized representative from Roy’s Fishing Outfitters will await you to travel together and fulfill his duties as official tour guide until a safe arrival to the camps in Lake “Guri” Venezuela.
